Fire Escape

I'm working on an orange placrylic colour, and this painting was a study of eco yellow placrylic and how accurately it can depict the subject of this painting - migration due to wildfires, hurricanes, and floods - without using red and white. I used eco yellow to represent a chaotic climate, and you can see the silhouette of a woman and her child, who are now 'yellow' and burning due to wildfires, and yet things look hopeful because they are moving in the opposite direction of the chaotic climate.
