‘As an abstract artist I enjoy experimenting with new paints and materials as often as I can. The Placrylic paints were a joy to use as a tool of expression. Mixing textures, color, and sheen helped me achieve my intent. These paintings are meant to inspire the viewer to consider the consciousness of a tree and to empathize with the tree’s struggle for survival against the changing environment.
